Watched this movie at Moscow International film Festival. Was amazed. The film is about the actual ratio of adults to children (in the time the beginning of the first world war). They were in all listen to their parents. If not so — spanking and white ribbon. A symbol of innocence and purity. Adults thought that she cut off their from all kinds of bad thoughts and deeds. But how they were wrong. Anyone not need children seek pleasure in revenge their parents. Although not even so much of revenge, as in show that they can also cause pain. Because of them innocent people are suffering... That's exactly these children grow up Nazis. Hungry for revenge and conquest of people the weak and innocent.

The film — truly a masterpiece! The acting (of children) was just amazed. They are so talented, innocent and compelling, all of 2.5 hours, I sat in the absolute voltage. Sitting next to a woman I were ready to kill, so because it is constantly rustling with candy and chips. Film for connoisseurs. Film for understand a lot about this movie.

Suggest to go to the film is prepared in advance. He could be very realistic.

Too much of anything, but probably, the first thing I want to write — Professionalism. The film is in any way perfect, for any viewer, it seems that the film will be interesting, for any critic will be about than to debate.

Haneke creates a world from a small passage of time from a small town where the adults are only named by title — successful people, and children, which focus features directed by real human names, which still to become "someone" in this town.

The formation of the characters of children, individuality, childhood issues and confusion all displayed transparently and clearly. Cruelty and sadism does not leave the world of Haneke, it like salt in a sweet pie, though often salt can be a bit much, but I think it is characteristic of the Austrians.

black and white ribbon, perfectly captures a time, the voice of the author is so the same is immersed in the atmosphere, but just remember "Dogville" and"Manderlay" Trier, a small village, clearly delineated characters, behavior, actions, rules and laws, its secrets and sacred principles, its essential envy and cruelty. Just like usually Haneke, anywhere without a sexual problems, sexuality education and sexual perversion. Why is it so this topic POPs up from the German-speaking countries?

By the way the internal stress of painting is rather large, the plot ties to the screen hard, but I don't enough to the film locations for the internal dialogue, not enough places where you could feel the depth of the experiences of the characters — all falls powerful waterfall. Events, characters, mystery, death, birth, growing up. After mysteriously frightening and full fading "Hidden" powerful blow "the White ribbon" — all talking about great professionalism Haneke.

I also not enough of nature and its influence on the development of young characters. Although, perhaps, Haneke wanted to show exactly what makes a man of education and community, human environment and domestic laws. And nature — fully ruled by — after all centered around farming.

This movie (like all the latest films Haneke) can be reviewed and every review, I think will open up even more subtleties of each character and each moment.

Haneke — strong, even one of the strongest Directors of our time. It handwriting affects up to the depths of the soul. It films force us to return to what they leave in the soul of everyone!

A film by Michael Haneke, which managed to cause a lot of controversy, and received as many as three prize of the Cannes film festival. Movie, indeed, difficult, deep, one word — festival.

The plot of the Protestant village where the life of the local special variety is not different every day starts like this well as previous. But when in their everyday existence begin to occur big changes: strange things, which lead the inhabitants of this small village in the confusion and misunderstanding of what is happening, but event, uniting all in one and the same question: to experiment.

the White ribbon, the one that is tied to arm in a sign of innocence and purity of thought. Only and it was weird to watch those so zealously advocated the observance of God's laws, turning a blind eye to their actions, which is even difficult to explain, not mention of their justification. Who overlooks the forefront of all this gloomy history, is children. In this case, the Director shows us fragments of the lives of adults and opens the door to the world of those who are forced to endure and used to this in against his treatment. the Theme of violence and humiliation here, of course, can be traced very clearly. And her veiled under a detective story only a master stroke by Michael Haneke, who managed to leave the viewer in complete ignorance of the interchange that just did the detective part of the movie. He has left us without the answer, but maybe this question is there was no need to answer, but it remained there, inside that we had to notice, understand and feel.

Sometimes it seems that the characters (more of them part) "the White ribbon", you can see those who do not place in a normal society, they are the behavior of well can not be attributed to the criteria of adequacy, not mention its ethical and moral component. Then, strictly speaking, the main question is: what kind of people can raise such a "society"? Similar, or those who will be even worse than the previous generation?! perhaps, "retribution for the sins of the fathers" has the right to be enforceable?

What Haneke decided to release "the White tape" in black and white, on my opinion was right. Because this story is not worth "color", because then the only thing in this film, I would have so it's a color palette, because the other reason just yet.

Actually, after watching "the White ribbon" these thoughts start to appear not immediately, gradually as you start again and again to scroll in the head what he saw, as first you to attend the idea that nothing spent time. But again, this is only the first, so that the view, certainly, recommended.
