The Great Gatsby

In the spring of 1922, in the era of decaying morality, brilliant jazz and "kings of smuggled alcohol", Nick Carraway comes from the Midwest to new York. Pursuing their own American dream, he settles next to the mysterious, known for its partying millionaire Jay Gatsby, and on the opposite shore of the Bay live his cousin Daisy and her husband, a rake and an aristocrat, Tom Buchanan. So Nick is drawn into the captivating world of the rich — their illusions, love and deceits. He witnesses what is happening in this world and writes a story of impossible love, eternal dreams and the human tragedy that is a reflection of modern times and mores.

The classic novel by Francis Scott Fitzgerald have not the first time filmed. Although the first film adaptation was not as successful and popular. From each version had its drawbacks, for example, the version of 1974-the year completely abandoned the book of the atmosphere, from solar attractive new York, and presented a meager and bleak history, which at times was creepy to watch. But in baz Luhrmann's present in almost all the positive qualities.

The baz Luhrmann stressed almost all that had the book.

Brilliant characters of this tragic story wonderfully fit into the atmosphere not deprived of attention (Really hard to hold in the center of the main five, but the film successfully cope with this task, of course, due to the cast, in which includes "shining star" of cinema of our days)

Leonardo DiCaprio after antagonistas role in the Western by Quentin Tarantino, from a huge Candyland, moved to more glamorous, colorful and tragic world. But the world of Jay Gatsby — this amazing and glowing planet, gathering us in one place, and then suit an extraordinary and rich show, which is hard to forget after two hours of viewing.

The film adaptation of "the Great Gatsby" from by baz Luhrmann — this is serious work done, in which is felt the effort and the attempt to paint the history of the new and unusual colors earlier. "The great Gatsby" looks like something special, unusual and creative. Such thoughts arise after the visual techniques, which includes in the picture. To see such rousing, stylish parties, accompanied by under modern music — very bold and interesting technique, successfully triggered and influenced the perception of the film. To be honest, after the atmosphere and the force of imagination, which he shared with us Luhrmann, begin to perceive this novel a few under different angle

It is possible that many may find the film adaptation of the novel Fitzgeraldella inside is empty, intractable for large screens, but in this a void is able to cover the technical work that needs to be assessed according to the dignity. I guess you could say that even avid fans of modern big-budget blockbusters are not will be able to resist the splendor of "the Great Gatsby".

I have to say, when I read a book S. Fitzgerald, it is not particularly impressed me. Of course, the idea was great, the meaning is very deep and unpredictable developments. But... had any acute emotion, something bright and exciting. Now I'm sure — the book is simply needed in this movie! Yes, Yes. It is Baz Luhrmann for his stunning directorial work was painted by the world of this book with bright colors, life shone in front of us, "the jazz age" sparked millions of lenses of a kaleidoscope!

Actors are chosen perfectly! Leonardo DiCaprio — one of my favorite actors. He just played amazingly Gatsby — its some children's innocence and kindness in his eyes. Carey Mulligan it looked good in the role of Daisy, though me but it. Of the Toby Maguire came out great bystander Nick Carraway, tells us about this great man — Gatsby, which had a huge impact on his Outlook. Pleased with the presence of Isla Fisher (recently I was fascinated by the actress). It is blended with the role of calling Myrtle. That in performance Joel Edgerton was way to be — selfish, cynical and rude.

You know, I read in the reviews a lot of discontent on about the colorful directing. It is, supposedly, completely eclipsed the meaning. But it's not so! Because this is the main thing that the drama unfolded on the background of all this glitter, noise and glare. Reading the book, we focus on the words, looking for meaning behind them. Personally, I was not focused on the descriptions of lush parties home Gatsby, and could let them the movie? Of course not! And in my opinion, the great merit of the film adaptation. Imagine how difficult it was to reach out to Daisy through all the noise, chaos, fireworks. And the characters are so merged with all this chaos that already been difficult to distinguish the inner essence, which they just lost. But not only Gatsby...

He alone managed to preserve in itself the incentive, the purpose, the desire to live! He one felt a real emotion, one among all of these artificial and shallow, not worth it attention mention of love. It love Daisy clean, it hope is beautiful, but all cannot save... Yes, it is a real one among others, but and the world is illusory. Gatsby in some way also a man of his time, who believes that only obscenely richer, he will be able to Woo his beloved. He not even it was like to make money, even by dishonest means, most importantly — it's everything, only then it be with him, that is enough.

In every idea — you. In every thing — you (s)

Gatsby was so absorbed in his dream, his illusion that just refused to see reality. He created in my dreams perfect life, perfect love, perfect Daisy. He saw her eyes a reflection of his love, of his dreams. All wanted — is to bring back the past... But is possible?

They were careless people, Tom and Daisy they smashed up things and people, then ran away and hid for their money, their vast carelessness or something else, on what kept them Union, giving others to clean up after them ()

Gatsby thought his greatness is in his wealth, but he was wrong... the Greatness of Gatsby is in the that until the last moment, he did not cease to hope... And hope — is "the greatest and most difficult victory of all what man is able to win over his soul" (J. Bernanos). In this was the greatness of his soul. It's so often our green light goes off, sometimes it difficult to keep in the heart of hope... Very difficult...

Yes, let Gatsby was blind his love, may he was in ways naive in his efforts to turn back the clock. But still Gatsby lived. Lived for real. Lived every piece of his soul that was contained in itself, so much love and hope, that seems to have no life could compete with his infinitely deep inner world.

Gatsby believed in the green light, the light is an incredible future happiness... (C)

PS. Special thanks for Lana Del Rey — Young And Beautiful.

Will you still love me

When I'm no longer young and beautiful?

I know you will...

Will you like to love me

When I will no longer be young and beautiful?

I know you you...

The lyrics greatly reflect a deep sense of Great Gatsby.

In this case, one dream at long life. And the love. Well, certainly the film is about love, more than a. the Eternal theme.

Quite an interesting story about love, boys and girls. But the reason for their separation was... not going forward. The more to make the spoiler.

The film looks on one breath, all two half an hour. The picture is bright and juicy, the musical side of the film matched perfectly, the acting is excellent. The spirit of 20 years, transferred to 100% is it in suits decorations. Colossal scale. For this is my respect for the whole crew.

The great Gatsby — people with of obscure origin, this embodiment is not a classic hero. But as in life, there no black and white. And for someone is good for the rest bad. Yes he is rich and therefore to become a public person, and know it all the Newspapers and gossip. But what he is not really know who. So what happened friends it not.

This shows not the best part of the "elite" of society. You could even say negative sides of society, to which we all aspire. And it's shown very accurately.

In conclusion I would like to write about your feelings, about what I thought when he went back home after watching the movie. (It makes no sense to write about brilliant game DiCaprio, because it is all written by 100 times to me about the other parts.)..

Now, each of us have dreams, but they are changing, creating, what it comes to pass that it is forgotten. So life is what some we don't want to leave, and do everything to it turned. Not always performance depends on us i.e., it depends on any other. Time goes on, and it performed.
