Why genre-Thriller is one of favorite required in all times? Perhaps because the man, because of his strange devices, always loved to tickle, and feel that in full security? Or because because of the pride we need to assert themselves the phrase `I said from the beginning(-a) that and will!`? Or here an important role plays the pleasure to monitor the development of plot in thrillers as a rule is tense exciting?

I believe that as a call to the view can perform all the above (except that I could add that it is also interesting to observe the thinking of the killer and its embodiment in life).

So here and `Identification` not exception.

From the beginning we litsezreem very unusual composition of the build of the film (which like the works of Lynch) — a few scenes on first glance absolutely not related to each other, then gradually the story begins to flow in one direction, the main characters unite — and then it starts the most interesting! Sophisticated murders happening like someone's idea, does not give answers, just throwing new mysteries: `Who?` `How?` And most importantly `Why?!`

Do not try to predict — a waste of time. And it is not even that the final will be a surprise, as you have not tried (but have all the same geniuses on Russia!), and that to speculate and guess, you deprive yourself the pleasure of observation (not murders of course, and disclosure of the storyline), on which I mentioned above.

So what's the verdict? Gripping story, great acting, intriguing atmosphere, but it — it is really a Thriller with a capital letter!

Enjoy the true connoisseurs of the genre!

Excellent reminiscence about the classic "Ten little Indians" by Agatha Christie with my favorite Hollywood actor John Kusaka ("being John Malkovich", "1408") in the title role.

Everything is here — great game characters, intricate plot (to be honest, before the end to understand what is the main thing, was possible only at the second promatch), intriguing mystery, and, of course, an unexpected outcome.

And, without doubt, the style — the gloomy night, huddled with the way strangers, stumbled on the provincial Motel, the rain, like a bucket, and the killer, who hides behind masks one of the guests.

At the moment, — best Thriller of the XXI century.

Movies of the genre "psychological Thriller" appear not very frequently — they are a rule good, in General the same and more predictable. But each new this picture — holiday of the experienced cinephile. A relevant parallel can be drawn except that with gloomy, but perky rock-n-roll in music — like all have said is sung, but is always the who turns out to combine these three chords in new ways and to present their creativity fresh and interesting.

Movie about murdering movie about the investigation movie about a maniac — we all have seen, but there is one "but". The film draws attention to the first, the absence of the main character as such that the writers are now using less and less. While lying, the main character, like and there are but we not directly.

At first, the viewer's attention deservedly attracts to imagine John Cusack in the role of a chauffeur and a "good guy." It exterior harmoniously fits the tortured life of the intellectual (whether it's second-rate writer, whether it is a man stuck in a hotel and/or both) that I empathize with him, believe him more than any other, according to the way, except for his from his personal list of suspects. The up to epic start methodically cutting out the characters one at a others have us take as much 9(!) colorful actors, from each with its own history, its own life, but... something they communicate. Someone's diabolical plan? A series of random events? About us will tell you "identification".

Nice shot, shot stylish. Creepy atmosphere, dramatic Noir-scene from the incessant downpour, not sagging in their own plot twists (several of them and all "in a theme") and a well-staged conversations — what else do you need to brighten up a rainy evening lover of good cinema? "Identification" can be described as a cinematic hybrid of "Ten little Indians", "the island of the Damned" and very responsive from "1408". Of course, with desire find fault with a dubious explanation of some of the events in the end of the movie, but we will not spoil or to look for minor flaws — their cover the mighty eyebrows of Alfred Molina, without which film is definitely not would so good.

To summarize, not will put estimates, but highly recommend to browse.
