I was waiting for. For a long time. Even as Cameron only showed the first 20 minutes of the film critics for almost a year ago. Have then I no doubt that this is SOMETHING that it will be an unforgettable pleasure.

And came out. It is the exceptional case when the thrill of waiting for something amazing turned into a engaging the feeling of something delightful, when I movie in the emotional cry pressed his hands to his chest, silly smile and periodically, otkryval mouth in silent "WAAAW!"

Because  Avatar — this incredible riot of colors, the magnificence of types and the skillfully told story, kotoraya simply blinding in its beauty, captures and drags through the hanging Islands, incredible vines and slightly hazy air. Finally, (finally!) we can see colors! Finally, the Director gives an opportunity to plunge into the madness of a mix of colors that are implemented with SUCH imagination and such harmony that sometimes you involuntarily begin to envy the people who invented. Because every detail, every leaf, a luminous creation, each tendril of thought, unusual,

I have always been led to the bewildering gloom, the monotony of the movies based on special effects. It is something brown-gray (like in"terminator"), then gray-blue (in the third "Pirates") then it is something reddish, then brown. Why wash paint? With what purpose you need to remove the major part of the appeal of the pictures and positive perception?

And then Cameron as though rubbed glass, through which we to this have always Murali movies. It directly blinded, bewitched the amazing world of Pandora, which even (or especially!) at night it turns into a magical oasis of sublime beauty.

Clever Cameron. But why is no one says the designers? I sure, they were an army. To create is so complex and bright and harmonious world — a huge task, which up to this point was not afford anyone.

I bet I never seen such a well executed c through motion capture of the characters. Even the eyes, the hardest part of computer "humanization" here is a very good (permanent dvidenie, depth, izmenenie of pupil size, blink), better, perhaps, I saw t just in  Lord of the Rings from Gollum. And inertia. So far, no one to perfectly convey the mass and the inertia in the movement of natural beings. The best thing I saw — king Kong. But here the film is on very good level, though not perfect. I very picky in these things, but, although in the "Avatar" not quite, this best was made to date and things that I have no matter. They are drowning in desperate splendor of the world of Pandora.

Because film — INCREDIBLE! Classic seems to be history shows like aching in harmony, so affecting so sudden fancy that no one is not have a chance to remain indifferent.

Go to the movie!

But my tip:

Don't go on the film poor 3D (which is almost all 3D screens in Moscow, except maybe IMAX and more neskolkikh). This technology is not yet so good, so its imperfections, especially when flawed technique may ruin your part of the experience. Dynamic scenes would be blurred, the overall picture will go dark by the end of the film, the discomfort of huge points on the nose will be felt. 3D  "Avatar" — very well done but fully revealed and kept in separate scenes, and other scenes — mercilessly destroys. It is better to go first in 2D. But if you want to experience the splendor of certain moments (spans over the expanse, touching the glowing night creatures, surround the beauty of the hanging Islands and etc.), watch the movie in 3D advanced.

"Avatar" — present a visual miracle! The tale, which I have been waiting for.

Avatar — the film is my soul, my heart, my eyes

I have long wanted to write a review on this movie, but now says boiling. Start with that I expect to see a masterpiece of world cinema, had a feeling this film — a purely commercial project. And David Cameron, that I say certainly well done, it is the case when first you work on name, then name works for you, removing such iconic films as the Terminator or other people, he had the moral right to remove the commercial films, the same Titanic or Avatar. I think those allegedly was waiting to see what they incredible, banal self-deception, because the movie has long evolved from art in the entertainment for mass consumption. But to criticize should definitely talented and expert Director is not a hackneyed plot that is trite and primitive of ugliness, and for in watching this film was really boring, until the invasion of earthlings on Pandora, and just look at the green men not interested even uncomfortable, Cameron could to draw and more beautiful creatures of the tribe of Naya.

The actors are not like it, too, all flat willfully not put the soul in their characters, though with such a scenario is unlikely it was possible to play like the original, especially not like this aunt, played by Michelle Rodriguez, never been in love this is pretty mediocre actress Sigourney weaver forever remain an actress one role of Lieutenant Ripley, Sam Worthington an actor as mediocre and played a medium, not understand why some of them so admired as a new wave star, just zero charisma, absolutely unmemorable actor, more here nothing say.

Music that is that it is not, the atmosphere of the film does not added to all of Horner more expected.

A total of 4 out 10, for efforts of the Director to bring that it is new, it is a pity that failed.

Every year I increasingly that I'm a very strange person. I write reviews only when I'm badly hurt standing problem, and no longer able to be silent. And my main the strange thing is that people need gradually to remove the rose-colored glasses to acquire a carapace of cynicism and clever to say that accumulated practical wisdom, and I was so remain — struggling ideals that are no longer needed.

So it was this year. After watching the movie "Avatar", I ten minutes sitting in front of the empty screen, helplessly trying to get back in our reality. There are films, there are people and their stories, which touch the strings of hearts, which would seem to for all was to remain intact. The words of a little girl? Idealisti? Possible. But Cameron with their ideas turned to me, shook and put it back. He who created the film, said something about than tried hard to keep silent — the person is not creates, it breaks. If I still, the damn idealist, then the great critics of our time, explain to me why is this grown man was able to create and to love such a beautiful world? Why is it, with the height of his age could, perhaps childish, to show how important the in a world we live, how it hurts to lose that have?

After seeing this film, my doubts about the notorious Oscar disappeared. I said, if Cameron takes ten to fifteen years, so he has directed such masterpieces, then it's worth it, we can wait. The man who could think of the whole world with its unique life, with their laws, their faith and their hopes, deserves global recognition. But I'm still naive, because history, shown by Cameron, as and just on-screen tale, which we want to believe everything. And we as you know, live in  the"real" world. In a world where policy money talks. A sort of "small world", saturated with lies, cynicism, sycophancy, and other "advantages" of modern humanity. So here in our world, Oscar could give "the hurt locker". Of course, it was quite logical, to enter in Iraq now sprinkle ashes on his head, and say that "we are good and our poor American soldiers die there."

Cameron in his "Avatar" in has been the same problem, but have the other side (no one reminiscent of a tribe of Na'vi Iraqis, not wishing to part with the land and all the forces protecting it?). Cameron showed "politically inconvenient" point of view, in which the Americans appear to be far from "good guys".

In the end, I still, even in this way, uphold justice. And up on side "politically objectionable" Cameron. It and "Avatar" Oscar worthy, worthy to be heard, understood, loved. And can anybody the end will think that the hell are we doing...
