There is some romance in the Apocalypse, and the lives of two sisters in a fabulous canadian forest acquires its poetry. This the movie is not about survival, not the end of the world, and just about the relationship between the two girls in the current difficult situation. The film fascinated me the lack of a predictable narrative, because this story could be told in a completely different way — with an intriguing plot, a culmination and logical conclusion. It was possible to show the clash of two ways of thinking — rational sensual, because our heroines are so different, such different sisters. Shouts, quarrels or even blood for the sake of protecting personal interests in terms of survival. Expected, but but spectacular. This picture is completely devoid of entertainment, but you have to be foolish to put it in reproach. The film is thoroughly imbued with the atmosphere of melancholy and even danger of the Apocalypse not able to destroy it. The background orchestral music touches the soul, especially in knowing the heroine of the picture were forced to live without it.
Lonely house in the woods, two beautiful girls and the difficulties that they have to overcome together, and only together. The magnificent landscapes, beautiful faces, ballet Nouveau and touching music — that is this picture. And it does not matter where you're headed sisters, or what was the cause of the accident — important only in the atmosphere. And the film because this is not become less interesting.
